Savvy scouse Sandy is the fearless leader of the sales team, responsible for keeping track of its performance and – more importantly – biscuit consumption. A veritable fountain of knowledge in all things sales and marketing, she can usually be found loitering at external shared ownership groups.
Sandy’s second in command Simon has been described as an ‘all-round laid back guy’ – which is handy seeing as he’s in charge of the smooth running of all developments in the North West. Luckily he’s used to pressure, as he once appeared in an old episode of Blockbusters.
Human ball of energy Natalie is in charge of all Onward Living viewings and helps excited prospective homeowners on their journey to home ownership in the North West. Putting purchasers at the heart of everything she does, the bunny enthusiast may be pocket-sized herself but she’s full of passion.
Passionate about pork pies and promoting new homes, the team’s shiny new Marketing Manager Dan is putting his drumming skills to good use, drumming up affordable homes across the North West. This absolute rockstar once, quite literally, ran away with the circus and spent a summer juggling his way around Europe – which means the team never has to worry about him dropping the ball.
Digital Marketing Officer
The team’s digital marketer Laura is an absolute whiz on the web – and as a practicing vegan, she’s saving the planet while she does it. At the helm of the Onward Living website and social media, tweet the team about biscuits to get her attention.
Sales Co-ordinator Herbert is a good man to have around in a crisis – he finds the positive in just about anything, to the point where he’s been described as ‘almost too laid back’ on occasion. Aside from having an excellent name, Herbert’s always happy to help, loves new experiences (like his team Man City winning on occasion, am I right?) and is also a foodie and Formula One fan.
Making dreams happen is the lovely, and impeccably organised, Daryl. Capably co-ordinating sales from initial enquiry to completion across all sites, she’s always on hand to help – whether it’s purchasers, her team, or her Onward colleagues.
