Helsby home buyers invited to new show home launch

Onward Living is set to unveil its much-anticipated new show home at Pavilion Park in the heart of Helsby on Saturday 18 July.

The launch event will take place from 10am to 3pm, giving prospective buyers the chance to explore the new show home and speak to an independent financial adviser about mortgages and homebuying options, including Shared Ownership.

Located off Chester Road, Pavilion Park will offer a range of two, three and four-bedroom homes – available through Shared Ownership and Rent to Buy – thoughtfully designed to suit a variety of buyers.

Visitors will be able to tour the three-bedroom Hartford house style, experience the quality of the homes first-hand, and get a feel for life at Pavilion Park.

Each home includes a range of energy-efficient features, including PV solar panels and EV chargers. Homes also benefit from contemporary fitted Symphony kitchens with integrated appliances, fully turfed gardens, and off-street parking.
