Manchester Home Show Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is: Onward Living Ltd (company no. 17186R) whose registered office is at Renaissance Court, 2 Christie Way, Didsbury, Manchester, M21 7QY
  2. The prize draw is open to all attendees (excluding employees of Onward Living), at the Manchester Home Show event, aged 18 years or older.
  3. Route to entry: To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the free contact form during the Manchester Home Show event on 31 May 2025.
  4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.
  5. By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  6. Closing date for entry will be 4pm on 31/05/2025. After this date, no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.
  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  9. The prize is as follows:

Main Prize
The main prize is a pair of ‘Beats Solo 4 – Wireless Bluetooth On-Ear Headphones which will be awarded on the day to the first person who successfully unlocks the box and claims the prize.

If Main Prize is Not Claimed on the Day
If the main prize is not claimed on the day, all eligible participants will be entered into a prize draw to win the main prize at a later date.

Runner-Up Prize
If the main prize is claimed on the day, all eligible participants will be entered into a prize draw for a runner-up prize, which is a £50 Love2Shop voucher.

If the main prize is not claimed on the day, there will be no runner-up prize awarded.

  1. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  2. The winner of the prize draw will be chosen on 4/06/2025 at random from all complete entries received.
  3. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone (via the contact details provided) within 24 hours of the prize draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  4. The promoter will contact the winner to arrange delivery of the prize.
  5. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  6. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

  8. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any other party. You are providing your information to Onward Living and not to any other party.   9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any other party.
  10. Onward Living‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the prize draw will be entered into.
  11. Onward Living shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  12. Onward Living also reserves the right to cancel the prize draw if circumstances arise outside of its control.
