61 of these homes have been set aside for Onward Living to sell through the part buy, part rent Shared Ownership scheme, offering local first-time buyers a more affordable route onto the property ladder.
Six homes for Shared Ownership have been released in the first phase and can now be reserved off-plan. These include the three-bedroom Knightsbridge home, which is available from £76,000 for a 40% share; and the four-bedroom Hampton house type, which is priced at £102,000 for a 40% share.

Simon Pickering, sales manager at Onward Living, said: “We are delighted to be working with Keepmoat Homes on this exciting flagship development, and look forward to bringing some much-needed affordable homes to this wonderful part of Lancashire.
“We have a great selection of homes on offer, which are perfect for a wide range of prospective homeowners – from first-time buyers to growing families.
“There has already been a great deal of interest since we launched these homes so we would advise those who are interested in securing a plot to register their interest sooner rather than later.”
