Onward Living has released a collection of new homes for sale at its highly anticipated Sandhills Park development in Scarisbrick, just outside Southport.

The shared ownership homes from Onward Living allow you to buy a percentage (between 35% and 75%) of your new home and pay rent on the rest. Onward Living owns the rest – but you’re living there, you decorate it, and you decide when to sell.
Buying a percentage means a smaller deposit and smaller mortgage. It’s a sooner first step on the ladder for lots of people. At this development you can also carry on buying shares, to own it 100%.
