Show home now open at Grimsargh development

We are delighted to announce that we have opened the doors to our brand-new show home at Elston Park in Grimsargh.
Interested home-seekers can now arrange for a socially-distanced viewing of the stunning Hawthorn house type at Elston Park, a highly desirable development from Story Homes.
Onward Living has been allocated 16 two and three-bedroom homes at the development exclusively for shared ownership, giving local people an opportunity to step on to the property ladder.
The two-bedroom Hawthorn house type is available from £57,750 for a 35% share, while the three-bedroom Rowan is priced at £75,250 for a 35% share.
The first phase of shared ownership homes was released for sale in October. Three of the Hawthorn homes are already finished and are ready to move in to, while two Rowan homes are due for completion in February 2021 with one already reserved off-plan. More homes are set to be released for sale later next year.
